“It will be a sight to behold. Water here in the (Ulster) Canal in Clones at last!” The Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation Heather Humphreys TD was in ebullient mood and was applauded as she joined her Cabinet colleague Minister Josepha Madigan TD to announce a major tourism project for the Co. Monaghan border town, based on the restoration of the Ulster Canal.
