The National Ambulance Service has confirmed it took forty minutes to respond to a serious road crash on the N2 road between Monaghan and Emyvale last Tuesday, in which one person was killed and two women were injured. The man who died was Dainius Petrovičius from Oriel Park in Emyvale. He was in his thirties and was originally from Lithuania.
