Although the temperatures may not have been warm over the last couple of weekends, young and old alike were transported to the land of Snowdale to follow the adventures of Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Chris – as well as Nanny Frostbite, Lord Wesel, Prince Hansom, Sergeants Wibbly and Wobbly to name but a few – as Monaghan Dramatic Society played to seven full houses when their production of Freezin’ the Pantomime was brought to the Garage Theatre over the past two weekends.
The success of the show was in no small part due to the hard work of all the cast and crew (which totalled over 50 people!) in bringing this new story tale to life, which was scripted by Mairead Cassidy. It had songs for the young and not so young – as well as amazing sets, lighting, and a few snow showers!!
The Society wishes to thank all those who supported and assisted them during the production.
