Carrick Emmets Ladies lend their support to the upcoming “Give Blood” clinic coming to Carrickmacross. The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) are delighted to be supported by the GAA in their vital work and to use this as a partnership to advocate blood donation and recruit Blood Donors. In conjunction with the GAA, the IBTS are seeking 100 additional donations and are running the usual Blood Donor Clinic in the Phoenix Leisure Centre in Carrickmacross on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th March, 2014 from 5.00pm to 8.30pm each day. The IBTS are also holding a Special Sunday Clinic aimed at the GAA players, supporters and family on 23rd March, 2014 from 11.30am to 3.00pm. Your support and that of the wider GAA family is needed at this time so please make a note in your diary and come along on one of the days above.
