The Wolfe Tones being the highlight
The crowd stayed local for the August Bank Holiday weekend. The Annual Farney Music Festival in Carrickmacross provided three nights of music, the Saturday night was the busiest night in the history of the festival with the Wolfe Tones stealing the show! There was not a bedroom to be got in Carrickmacross and surrounding areas last Saturday night!
Mike Denver got things going on Friday night with a bit of country while Saturday night proved to be the highlight with the Wolfe Tones attracting a record crowd to the Farney Music Festival! Bank Holiday Sunday night experienced it’s regular guaranteed crowd for Derek Ryan to finish….
