It was another major occasion for the diocese of Clogher and its new Bishop on Sunday, when Deacon Kevin Connolly from Glaslough was ordained a priest at St Macartan’s Cathedral in Monaghan. The Most Reverend Lawrence Duffy, Bishop of Clogher, was the chief celebrant of the Mass. Reverend Kevin was the first priest to be ordained by Bishop Duffy since his own installation in February.
