Cathaoirleach of Monaghan County Council, Cllr David Maxwell officially opened the World War I
exhibition at Johnston and Madden Memorial Hall in Monaghan on Monday. The display will continue
until Saturday at 1pm. It will be open late tonight and tomorrow until 9pm and admission is free. It is
part of an EU PEACE IV project funded by the SEUPB through Monaghan Co. Council.
