THE LOCAL District Court judge for Cavan/Monaghan made his strong disapproval very clear after being told at a recent court hearing that a Co Cavan woman was keeping a car in her own name, despite the fact that she has been blind for over three decades.
The matter arose at Monaghan District Court last week during the hearing of a contested speeding allegation against the lady, who had sought to have her son nominated as the driver of her car in relation to the incident in question.
